  • INHERIT THE WITCH coming to digital September 24th!

    BayView Entertainment, Summer Hill Films and TomCat Films are thrilled to announce the release of Inherit The Witch, available in the US on digital, September 24th.

    In 1984, a family throws a birthday party for twins Cory and Jessie. 30 years later, what’s left of the family reunites for the father’s funeral, at two isolated houses in the New Forest, England, historically a hotbed of witchcraft. There, horrific truths are slowly uncovered about the family’s occult pact with an ancient evil that has secretly been at the core of their wealth and power, as the remaining siblings uncover the true bloody darkness behind their inheritance.

    Starring the final girl from Terrifier 2 & 3 – Lauren LaVera – THE WELL is a gothic horror that embraces gore and practical effects. THE WELL was directed by Italian pop star Federico Zampaglione (Shadow, Tulpa: Demon of Desire, Morrison), who co-wrote the script with Stefano Masi.

    Starring alongside LaVera is Claudia Gerini (Love and Bullets, John Wick: Chapter 2), Giovanni Lombardo Radice (City of the Living Dead), Taylor Zaudtke (Sadistic Intentions), Linda Zampaglione (Time Is Up), Jonathan Dylan King (From Scratch), Lorenzo Renzi (Romanzo Criminale), Gianluigi Calvani (The New Pope), Yassine Fadel (FBI: International), Melanie Gaydos, Stefano Martinelli and Courage Oviawe.

    “On behalf of her father, a young American art restorer travels to a remote Italian village to bring a medieval painting back to its former glory.   • NIGHTSIREN on Digital October 24th

    “NIGHTSIREN directed by Tereza Nvotová, with a screenplay by Barbora Namerova and Tereza Nvotová comes to digital October 24 via Breaking Glass Pictures. Set in a secluded mountain village, the film tells the story of two sisters who endure a tumultuous upbringing under the tyranny of their abusive mother.

    One fateful day, a tragic accident occurs when the elder sister, Šarlota, flees into the surrounding woods, closely followed by her younger sister, Tamara. The blame for their disappearance falls upon Otyla, a Roma woman residing on the outskirts of the village. Accused of witchcraft, Otyla becomes a scapegoat for the sisters’ vanishing.

    Twenty years later, Šarlota unexpectedly returns to the village, stirring suspicion and unease among the locals. Determined to uncover the truth about her past, she begins delving into her history, prompting the villagers to grow increasingly distrustful. Amidst this atmosphere of suspicion, the only person willing to befriend Šarlota is Mira, a young and eccentric herbalist.

    As tensions rise within the community, a mysterious affliction befalls the village’s animals. Blaming Šarlota for conjuring the spirit of Otyla, the locals become convinced that she is responsible for the worsening situation. The film delves into themes of prejudice, superstition, and the consequences of collective fear, exploring the complexities of human nature and the long-lasting impact of past events.
